Creepy people: Part III
Social scientists have concluded that approximately ten percent of the world’s population are psychopaths, that is, people who have no empathy (feelings) for other human beings. They are, for example, criminals who break into your homes, use your identity for criminal purposes, those who would rape or sexually molest you, abusive spouses, thugs who drive dangerously on the roads, corporate leaders who steal from their own companies or their shareholders---the list is endless.
Just because someone does a creepy thing, doesn’t necessarily mean that person is always going to act in a creepy way because some creeps can be rehabilitated. However, in this post, I am describing to you some of the kinds of psychopaths whom your mother probably tried to warn you about. Despite those warnings we all got from our mothers, we invariably meet despicable creeps and sometimes suffer for it.
Mom hit boyfriend with baby
On October 10, 2006, an Erie, Pennsylvania woman used her four-week-old baby as a weapon against the baby’s father. Chytoria Graham, 27, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment and simple assault. She was held on $75,000 bail. The baby suffered a fractured skull and some bleeding in its brain. I don’t know what sentence this woman received but if she went to prison, I doubt that her fellow inmates would look on this woman too kindly.
Father accused of making home a prison for 9-year-old son
On October 13, 2006, a Jacksonville, Florida man was arrested and charged with keeping his 9-year-old son locked in a bedroom for much of the previous three years and watching his every move with surveillance cameras. The home of Randall Warren Piercy, 41, was like a prison with cameras in almost every room, and the father monitoring the boy on TV and computer screens. For three years, the boy did not attend school, receive medical attention or have contact with people outside the family. Officials were told he was home-schooled yet he could not read children's books. Relatives told police the boy usually got to use the bathroom once a day because his father was teaching him to control his body. Piercy was arrested on charges that included aggravated child abuse and jailed on $1 million (U.S.) bail. This man would find living in prison similar to living in Araq---never knowing when he would be hit next. What was his family doing all this time? Makes you wonder what kind of family this young boy had, doesn’t it.
Charges after baby left in apartment hallway
On October 14, 2006, a mother of a one-year-old baby, was charged after leaving her baby on the floor of the 8th floor hallway of her apartment building in Toronto. The baby’s parents, who didn’t live together and who shared custody of the baby, were in disagreement over who was to be the caretaker of the child that day. It was his turn but he left the baby’s mother’s apartment and she immediately placed the baby on the floor of the hallway of her 8th floor apartment and closed the door behind her. The father left the building without his baby. Meanwhile, despite the fact that the mother heard her baby crying, she ignored their baby’s cries. A neighbour found the baby outside the apartment later that night. It was taken to the hospital. The baby was later turned over to the Children’s Aid Society. Then the police began looking for the father. The mother meanwhile was charged with failing to provide necessities of life for her baby. Unfortunately, their names weren’t published, probably to protect the identity of the baby.
Man guilty of giving daughter, 5, gonorrhea
On October 14, 2006, a 47-year-old labourer was convicted of sexual assault causing bodily harm for giving his 5-year-old daughter gonorrhea. Now divorced and HIV-infected, the Toronto man cannot be named by court order. Tests showed that his daughter had the same strain of gonorrhea as he did. Even though the little girl was suffering from a painful urinary problem in July 2001, the accused didn't tell his then-wife he had gonorrhea, which would have allowed his daughter to be immediately and properly treated, the judge said. Later at the hospital, the girl was "screaming in pain," doctors and family members said. The father claimed the girl might have gotten the disease from sitting on the home's toilet seat, sharing towels, touching his dirty laundry, or from bed sheets after sleeping in the same bed. The man's former wife testified that while their daughter was sitting on the toilet she told her, "Daddy put his peepee in my bum. In her ruling, Madam Justice Croll found the Toronto man guilty of sexual assault causing bodily harm and sexual interference, but not guilty of criminal negligence causing bodily harm or aggravated sexual assault endangering life. He went to prison naturally. Cons don't like men who molest little girls and boys, especially when they sodomize them.
Fetus Cut From Slain Mom; Victim’s other kids found dead
On September 22, 2006, in a weedy lot in the city of East St. Louis, Illinois, a woman who had been seven months pregnant and whose fetus had been cut from her womb — perhaps with scissors — was found dead in a weedy lot. Investigators recovered what may be the stolen fetus and searched the woods nearby for the victim's three children. A 24-year-old woman (Tiffany Hall) who police say was with the children when they were last seen four days earlier was taken into custody. Police said she held a funeral earlier that week for what she claimed was her stillborn child; investigators are now analyzing those remains to see if they are the stolen fetus. Authorities provided few details of the investigation and stopped short of calling the woman a suspect in the slaying of 23-year-old Jimella Tunstall, saying only that she was a person of interest. The boyfriend of the woman in custody reported that she told him during the funeral Thursday that she killed a pregnant woman to get the fetus. The woman in custody summoned police to Holten Park on Sept. 15, saying she had gone into labor. The woman, who showed no signs of trauma, took the dead baby to a hospital, and an autopsy failed to pinpoint a cause of death of the baby. The woman would not let doctors at the hospital examine her and offered conflicting reasons as to why she went into labor, alternately saying she had had consensual sex and was sexually attacked. She was charged with the murder of Jimella Tunstall and also of the murder of the victim’s three small children (ages 7, 2 and 1) who were found drowned in the washing machine of the dead woman’s apartment. She was sentenced to life in prison without parole.
Foster mother orders foster child not to disclose rape by her son
On April 11, 2007, a 13-year-old Brooklyn girl was placed in a hellish foster home where the family’s 18-year-old son repeatedly raped her. The girl claimed her foster mom told her "Keep your mouth shut or I won't adopt you." and intimated that the child had provoked the assault. Ronald Jones, first raped the victim in October, 2006 and the attacks continued until February, 2007. On March 5, the girl reported the attacks to the Concord Family Services. Jones was arrested on April 7th on charges of rape, sexual misconduct and sexual abuse. I don’t know what was done with the foster mom.
Sons locked in cages
In Blackstock, Ontario, two teenage boys were locked in makeshift cages, degraded and beaten in one of the worst cases of child abuse police and social workers say they had ever seen. The boys were locked in separate, enclosed baby cribs for hours on end -- for years. The cribs were enclosed with mesh and wire so they couldn't get out. The two boys were also beaten and forced to wear diapers, and did not receive adequate food. The children's father, 49, and mother, 40, surrendered to Durham Police On July 5th, 2001. Their parents were charged with two counts each of assault, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, forcible confinement and failure to provide the necessities of life. The mother was also charged with administering a noxious substance.
Mother forces step-son to eat his own vomit to save on food
The day after seven-year-old Randal Randy" Dooley died in Toronto, Ontario on September 25, 1998, Marcia Dooley, the boy’s step- mother admitted she had forced him to eat his own vomit. Beatrice Dooley, the boy's aunt, testified she had confronted Marcia in a telephone conversation and asked her why she would do that to her stepson. She said she just didn't want the food to go to waste. Randy's body was covered with welts, bruises and scratches from head to toe. During his autopsy, the pathologist found a tooth inside his stomach. Marcia had broken Randal's arm. She had put her foot on the child's back and twisted his arm until it was broken. Tony Dooley 36, and Marcia Dooley 31, were charged with second-degree murder in Randy's death. Later, they were convicted and sent to prison for many years. I imagine life in prison was not a very happy one for either of them since cons don’t look favourable on such creeps who enter prison.
There will be more in the months to come on other undesirable creeps you should avoid.
